Dr. Matthew R. Romoser

Dr. Matthew Romoser is an educator and researcher with 25 years experience working directly with industry. He is a highly qualified trainer and expert in lean six sigma, process improvement, advanced training systems, human factors and work analysis and design. He is a strong proponent of hands on, targeted training and will work with you to develop a training plan tailored to your company’s needs and challenges. As a consultant, he will work directly with your engineers and operators to develop and execute a process improvement plan that will save your company money, reduce waste, improve worker safety, and increase quality. His philosophy is that the key to process improvement lies with its three core principles. The most effective systems engineers understand how variability (Lean Six Sigma), measurement (Work Analysis), and the people who work with those systems every day (Human Factors) all need to be understood for the best improvement outcomes.
